Anyone having issues with their Fitbit not tracking heart rate? It starts up fine , but then stops usually at the 20 minute mark and starts up again a few minutes later. Sometimes it’s a quick blimp but sometimes long and more than once.  Hard to get an accurate heart rate during walks / exercise when this happens. 
move tried restarting my Fitbit and it didn’t help.

I appreciate your explanation in regards to the situation with your heart rate tracking using your Charge 5.

My best recommendation would be for you to check this article and follow the tips mentioned there, let me know how it goes once you've finished them and use the Charge 5 in your next workot.
