Hi, my charge 5 heart rate monitor has periods when it's reading too high. For example my normal resting rate in the evening is high 40s low 50s. Suddenly, during these periods, the heart rate will jump from a normal reading to display as high as 80 or 90. I'll check my pulse and be counting a normal heart rate of high 40s low 50s. The device is about a month old. I have tried restarting using the cable, adjusting the placement of the device using my fingers and adjusting the strap tightness. None of these work. I have also verified the inaccuracy by running an ECG. I have a video for an example - here the ECG reads 48 bpm (inconclusive) but then I flick back to the monitor and its reading 67 bpm. (The site won't allow a video upload so here's two screen shots from the video instead.)
