Hourly Activity Goal is not syncing properly to the Fitbit app

Every once in awhile i'll earn an hour of 250 steps on my fitbit but it won't sync and show on my phone app or on my computer.. Why is that happening and what can I do to make sure that every hour i walk 250 steps shows up in both places ?

I literally had this problem today! I got 9 of 9 on my Fitbit but the app only captured 7 of 9. It’s happened at least three times this week. Would love to know how to fix that!

Like both of you, I've had this issue every now & then. Although it's a bit annoying, I've started double-checking my app to confirm that I've completed my hourly goal. For some reason, my Fitbit will show that I've completed my hourly step goal but the app doesn't show the same, even after a manual sync.

I've also tried restarting my Fitbit, which seems to help a bit. But it is disappointing when our devices are not reliable.

If I come across additional information or workarounds, I'll report back.
