Hourly Activity not Syncing. 12 and 1 synced but not 8-11;and 1-5
Readiness Score says Please Wear your Device. I am and was last night and all day.
The only Health Metrics is Resting Heart Rate. Says No data in the past 24 hours for all others.
Purchased in early October through the Military Exchange. So, probably not able to return.
Was not happy that the 5 didn’t have the altimeter but my own fault for assuming no one would remove an item from a device. Ugh!
Been with Fitbit since 2014 and have Premium subscription but I do not want to deal with this. I will miss my Fitbit friends and Bingo, Etc. But I’m too old and tired to deal with this. I just want it to work. I don’t want to have to jump through a million hoops trying to “fix” it! I have reset, turned Bluetooth off, etc.
I already have the Apple 7 Watch. I mainly wanted for the Sleep and other things it tracks that Apple doesn’t.
