Hello
I have a problem with the hourly activity notifications on my Charge 5 (those reminding to make 250 steps per hour). Most of the time they are not triggered and my bracelet does not vibrate. I get or 1 or 2 notifications/vibrations for the hourly activity per day. Most of them are missed. Some days there are not notifications at all.
I am using Xiaomi android phone - Mi 10T Pro. All permissions are given to the Fitbit app and it is excluded from the battery saving function of the phone.
Are the hourly activity notifications triggered by the phone or they are triggered by the bracelet itself? Do the hourly activity notifications require constant Bluetooth connection with the phone in order to be trigerred?
What can I do to solve the problem?
Thanks

Hello @Runner811
I think the hourly activity notifications are triggered by your Fitbit, since this is the device that's counting your steps.
Have you tried restarting your Charge 5, either from the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your Fitbit? That's usually the first troubleshooting step to try.
When my Fitbit fails to notify me for the hourly activity, I turn the Reminder to Move off, do a manual sync, turn the Reminders back on, then restart my device. So far, this seems to work for me.
