Hourly activity

On Monday 6th Feb my Fitbit charge 5 kept saying there was a server problem every time I tried to sync my hourly activity.

I did live chat with Fitbit on Tuesday and they said keep syncing because it will do it eventually.

the data is still missing

There was a Fitbit server outage on both Monday and Tuesday, Feb 6 & 7. The server outage seemed to be resolved later on Tuesday, although I did read an article that mentioned some Fitbit users were still experiencing problems.

If you've recently successfully synced your device and are still missing data, it may be that your data was lost during the server outages. It's been very frustrating to have a device that you rely on to not work properly and, in the past, has not had the kind of issues that we are seeing now.

Thank you for the information,
I live chatted again today with Fitbit and they confirmed data is lost.
It’s a shame because it motivates me (I guess the point of these devices ?) but I’ll get over it 🤣
