How can I determine the serial number on my Fitbit Charge 5 if I do not have the original packaging.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  I don't understand why Fitbit made this so difficult.  Please use my instructions in this thread.  This will work for every model Fitbit.  If it's on your account, you will see it.  Just de-code it.  I saved many boxes and have done this with several different models.
