How can I get my Charge 5 to Fitbit assistance?

I have a recharge problem on my charge 5. I put the mag wire to device with none charge feedback or a not stable quick feedback of charge. This is a very noise problem. It starts some month ago but well or bad I resume the charge ever. Not this time. Can I have an hardware checkup from the products’ label?

I’ll buy Fitbit no more. I follow the instructions from help bottom and the trail look like kidding me on the points to write to the company

I’m sorry my instructions were not helpful, @Nich86 - What country are you from? Here is a direct link to Fitbit Support in English. It sounds like you may need a new charger. If you cannot get in touch with support, it may be easiest to just buy a new charger. The are available in the Fitbit Store and from many third party sellers.
