My charge 5 is almost 4 months old and keeps dropping battery charge. Also has tro7ble syncing to app. I have followed advise from the forum regarding quitting app and turning off Bluetooth, rebooting watch from cable button etc. It has not helped. Thanking you.

You would have to contact tech support. They will run you through the process of trying to get the fitbit to work, then through how to get it replaced in warranty.
