Can anyone help me to return mit fitbit in Germany please. There are no instrcutions in the order confirmation email or other comms.

If you purchased your Charge 5 on our Online Shop, please contact Support so that they can start your process. Please have your email and order number at hand. 

If you go the tracker on an authorized retailer, please get in contact with them to inform you about their policies and processes.
