While I did experience some battery and black screen issues prior to this latest update, since this update these issues have gotten much worse. Last night I had 52% battery life left. This morning, I have black screen. When I began the charging process, the device said I had 47% battery life left. What gives? I guess you can disable the function that tells me my battery is low... unless you think 47% is low. The device will malfunction long before the battery is truly low. I prefer the poor quality of this device before this last update, which has now given me **ahem** quality. So, how can I roll back this update?

Hi, @CallMeNoName welcome, it's impossible to roll back updates on any Fitbit device.
I suggest you try restarting your Charge 5 as demonstrated in this video
You do not mention how long you've had your Fitbit CHarge 5, have you reviewed Fitbit's return and warranty policy ?
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I've had my Charge 5 since it first came out. I was pretty certain I wouldn't be able to roll back this update. But, I hope you note my frustration. Does your answer "help"? I've never gotten a good answer from Fitbit. The best answer would be to FIX THE BLASTED DEVICE!!! But, Google doesn't have decent tech people, or the device would work as it should. BTW, I checked my charging Fitbit. It said it was 69% charged. I removed it from charging to see if it still had a black screen; it didn't. I hooked it back up to continue charging and it said it was 100% charged. I strapped it on. Not five minutes later, it says it's 87% charged. Isn't it time to roll out the Charge 7?
