Any suggestions as to how I can view my cardio fitness score over time?

@AlexSh  I'm very sorry, but that feature isn't available at this time.  Please vote for and leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.  It's been Under Consideration for a while, but that means there is hope.
