My new Charge 5 seems to have ‘hidden’ my Tiles. I cannot see where to restore what I like to see at a glance on my tracker, - namely floors, distance, steps. I am now seeing distance Calories and Zone mins. When I open to edit they are nowhere to be seen.

Can you click on Edit and take a picture of what you can see then? Can you also scroll down the screen and take pictures of that too? That would really help everyone.
This is what I can see on mine when I click Edit:
So I could click on the x to delete, and if I scrolled down further I could choose things to Add.
It would be really helpful to see what you can see.
It will definitely be worth it when it's all fixed!

@Fleatle Hello! When you swipe up on the device, what do you see? The first thing I see is the date, steps, distance, and AZM. If I keep scrolling, I see calories, steps per hour, heart rate, sleep, SpO2, days of exercise.
It's important to add, the Charge 5 does not track floors at all.

Hello,
I'm just adding a couple of things.
Would it be possible to upload a screenshot of what you see on your dashboard please (hiding any personal information you don't want to share)? A techie person might be able to glance at it and tell you what to do then.
Also have you switched notifications on on your phone/computer? Scrolling down on the Charge 5 page brings you to notifications that you can toggle on or off depending on what you want. I know you probably have already, but just double-checking...
The more detail you can give, the more accurate the help will be (from the experts).
Good luck!

That's a great start! Let's hope you can get an answer to your tile problem too.

@Fleatle What type of phone do you have? There should be an "edit" button on the app dashboard that will let you add your distance and step tiles. Like @Wibby said, a screenshot of what you're seeing would help! 🙂

Thank you Heather-M. I will add a photo if I can manage. I have an iPhone Xr and can see the edit button on dashboard, when I open to edit I used to see a list of tiles. (It’s been a while since I changed anything.) Wibby says they don’t do Floors anymore, I didn’t know that. I removed some thing called Zone minutes just to see where it would go and I can’t see where to restore it but I don’t mind as I don’t yet know what they are. I imagine it’s like time in different heart rate zones. I should catch up and get used to this new charge 5 soon. Thanks ever so much for your help.

@Fleatle If you click "Edit" and scroll down, you should have the option to add things back. @Wibby included a great screenshot of it. You just need to scroll alllll the way down to the bottom after you select "edit".
Your Zone minutes has replaced the old "active" minutes. I would add that back, personally.

Who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?
Cheers. B
