Hi everyone. I’ve searched and searched for this specific answer and am not finding it. How do I change my food calories (caloric intake) to make them different from what Fitbit determines? NOT calories burned - I want to change my daily calorie intake goal to something I set myself. I can’t see a way to do this without setting a weight goal, and I need to stay away from that. I have a past with disordered eating and am tracking food specifically for medical reasons right now and would like to avoid seeing alerts about eating “too much” or mentions of weight. Thanks for the help.
