where do I find information on how to change the band for fitbit charge 5?

This is my second Charge 5. The first one, I got one side of the band off and couldn't get the other side off. I just got the new one today and I can't get either side off. This is my fourth Fitbit and perhaps my last. Fitbit is changing things that aren't broken to improve sales and in the process, they have broken a perfectly good product. I'm sending the Fitbit back for the second time. . Please take in consideration you can not see the button and who wants to break a nail trying to take a band off?
