How do I change the battery on my Charge 5?

My Charge 5 needs charging every two days. Is there a way to change the battery? What kind of battery does it use?

Hi @rdc2133 the batteries aren't replaceable. You could check around for some third party service places that sell and/or replace them. Some people have had success replacing them, but it requires the tools, a good eye and steady hands. If you're under warranty, you should get with customer support to see what options are available. They can "see" more on their end, so they might know what's going on with your Charge 5.

I was told by the Co. that they would send warranty info to me. You know what that means!! I haven't had the watch that long and now I have to buy another. My battery only lasted 7 hours.
