The only place where this weird backwards date format is used is the US. Is there any way to change to "anywhere else in the world" date format? Really frustrating!

Hello @SunsetRunner

You can change to 24 hour clock format in the Dashboard on Fitbit.com (not the App on your phone).

Go to your Dashboard on your computer/ Fitbit.com.  Select the Cog Icon at the top right, then Settings from the pull down menu.  Scroll down a story have Clock Display Time that you can switch to 24 hour. Save.

Remember to sync your Charge 5 and the display should change.

 I use it myself.

 I hope that helps.

Hello @SunsetRunner

Unfortunately there isn't a way to change it at the moment, but lots of people would like to.  If you would like to vote for this suggestion and perhaps leave a comment, it might help to bring about a change.

Change date format

I hope that helps.

It seems that currently there is no way to change this, only 12/24 hr format is configurable. I have ended up using the clock theme that shows the month explicitly (i.e. "February" instead of "02").

I ended up using a different look and feel with the date format in "02 Feb" still a little annoying though. Now I have changed the display however I cannot seem to change the time format to 24hr?

Everywhere I look it shows different screens to what show on my app or device!! Frustrating start!

Some screens are in 12-hr format, others are in 24-hr. "Ripple", for example, looks 100% non-US, about others I am not sure.

Awesome! Thank you, worked like a charm. I don’t often use the desktop dashboard so useful 🙂

I'm so glad @SunsetRunner !

I almost never use the Dashboard either.  It should really be possible to change it in the App as everyone uses that the most these days.  It's a shame it's it's not easier to find.

Agree the US date format is irritating and you’d expect a product of this quality to get the basics right. Here’s hoping they address this asap. This shouldn’t be a surprise to them
