Today my phone is only in Spanish - should be in English. My online account shows English. Why did this happen? How do I change my phone back to English? Thx.

that link did not help at all. The various suggestions were either not possible on the computer (language was greyed out - no change possible), on the FitBit device (I assume my Charge5) which does not have the FB icon to press to begin the sequence. That said, this morning my phone offered a new screen - in English - permitting me to change the language which I did, and after logging in fresh - as though I'd never logged on before, it is magically reset. Thanks for the reply but the canned response was no help at all.
