Hi there, @Sgodwin. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm here to help you! 

To set the pool length on your Charge 5, please follow the steps below:

  1. Swipe right or left to the Exercise app, then swipe up and tap Swim.
  2. Swipe up and tap Pool Length.

Remember to update the pool length if you use a different size pool.
