Hello @Molly49 and welcome to the Community. This thread has a great video by @Heather-S that shows you how to navigate/set up/customize/you name it your exercise shortcuts. She uses a Charge 3, but the path is identical to the Charge 5.

I don't have the option to add exercise shortcuts

@Molly49 I don't own a Charge 5, but I do own a Luxe and it works the same way. When I look at my list of Exercise Shortcuts, there are six on my list. The + Exercise Shortcut is grey because six is the maximum number -- the Luxe is fully loaded. If this is similar to your Charge 5, you need to remove an exercise. Tap on Edit in the upper right and remove something. Now the + Exercise Shortcut will turn blue and you can add something.
