Hi, @Bettytee , you need to check your app to make sure this is properly set up.  On the opening, Today, screen of the app click on the icon top left (old app it is a person photo/icon; new app it is an icon meant to represent a phone and a smart watch).  Clicking on that icon takes you to the account screen as before.

On the account screen click on the icon representing your Charge 5, then on the Charge 5 screen scroll to find Reminders to Move.  Click on that to make sure Reminders to Move is set to ON, and also check the start and end time and the days of the week.

When you are happy that all is correct, go back to the previous screen (the Charge 5 screen) and this time click on “Notifications”, and then click on “App notifications”.  Scroll to find Fitbit, and make sure that the box is :heavy_check_mark: ticked to get notifications from Fitbit!

Finally, return to the Charge 5 screen and sync your Fitbit so that any changes you have made in your app are reflected on your wrist.

Those steps should correct the issue, but to make sure everything is working as expected you may also want to give your Fitbit a restart.  Instructions are here
