How do I find PIN to transfer Fitbit Account to Google Account?

I just saw the notice that I have to change my Fitbit Account to a Google Account.  I'm trying to do it, but it's asking for a PIN, which I don't have.  I know the current password for my Fitbit Account, but I don't have a PIN.

I saw an answer to someone else where it says the PIN should appear on the Fitbit screen, but I don't know where I would look for it - it's not just popping up when the app on my phone asked for the PIN.  I have a Charge 5.

Which OS are you using?  The fact that you have a Charge 5, while great has little impact (if any) on your issue.  The issue is either with the Fitbit account itself or your OS.  In order for you to get the best help, I need to know which OS you have so I can move your post to the appropriate forum.
