How do I get data on my profile to sync with my charge 5

Since 15th June my iPhone 12 pro hadn't sync'd with my Charge5.  I noted that I kept getting a msg to link my Google profiles with my fitbit; however as I was abroad I didn't want to do this.  Still unable to sync my Charge 5 once home. I followed online help to check bluetooth was connection. I did all the recommended steps, repaired Charge 5 with Iphone.  But still no data (and all previous data no longer showing on iPhone). I am not sure why but I have 2 fitbit profiles (2 different email addresses) and having repaired Charge 5 with an old Fitbit Dashboard account; my charge 5 was not showing any data for earlier than 15th June.  I have logged out of this old Fitbit Dashboard account & logged back in to my more regular used account, but data (that shows on Fitbit Dashboard online) is not showing on my watch. How do I get the data on cloud dashboard to load into my Charge 5?

Nothing is working. I am so frustrated. My iPhone is fine but it is not syncing with Fitbit app. They need to fix this app. It has bugs. I regret buying this Charge 5. Please fix this issue. HELP Me PLEASE!!!! Thank You

There was an update to the iOS Fitbit app released this week. Have you updated the app yet? Installing the update might fix your issue. If not, let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
