I went on 30k run. My watch told me I burnt 1000 calories on that run. However when I input the information into a website it told me 1490. What is more accurate ?

Hi, @ottothedog1234 Welcome to the community, I'm not a runner but I swim 3k every day creating a burn of about 700 calories. In addition to my Fitbit, I wear another device which produces a very similar count. You say when you put the data into a website you get a different figure but do not mention which site you are using. Your Fitbit is generally accurate & monitors your real-time effort. This article explains How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
I hope this helps.
Cheers
