How do I locate my lost Charge 5?

I lost my Fitbit in a snowstorm - I can't locate the device because the battery is dead.  How do I deactive the device from my FitBit app and data?

So sorry to see that you lost your Charge 5 in a snowstorm.

What you can do at this point is remove the Charge 5 from your Fitbit app:

  • Tap on device icon in the upper left of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on the Charge 5 tile under Devices on the page that opens
  • Swipe up, select Disconnect device, and confirm
