Hi ... I recently lost my phone that had my charge 5 bluetooth paired to it ... I now have new phone and downloaded my previous backup ( including the fitbit app). Problem is that i cant connect the new phone to the charge 5, I think, because it is still paired to the lost phone ...anybody got any thoughts on how I unpair from a phone i no longer have access to ?

You need to set it up as a new device.
In the Fitbit app, tap on the battery icon at the top left, then select Add more devices at the bottom, follow the prompts to add the tracker to your new phone.

To better assist you, please make sure you've followed all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. In addition, please verify that your new phone is compatible with the Fitbit app.
