Just got a Charge 5 a gift.  After setting it up on my account I just don't like it.  How do I remove it from my account?

Hello @hellotoall and welcome to the Community.  So sorry to learn that your new Fitbit isn't working out for you.  Here's how to remove it from your account:

  • Tap on your profile avatar in the upper left of your Fitbit app
  • Tap on the Charge 5 tile on your Account page
  • Swipe up on the screen and tap on the pink Remove this Charge 5 option at the bottom of the page
  • Remove the Charge 5 from the list of Bluetooth devices in your phone Settings app
