My mom bought me a charge 5 for Christmas through Walmarts website. Th3y are a authorized retailer for Fitbit. Now my battery dies in less than two hours when on a full charge. So now I am trying to figure out to request warranty when the watch was ordered through walmart. Anyone know?

@Jason.H could be since it's the weekend that they are short on staff to be there to chat with you. Try the phone?
