How do I set silent alarms for weekdays on my Charge 5?

I recently bought a Charge 5 after my Charge 2 died.  How do I set the alarm for weekdays only?  I have found how to set multiple alarms on the Charge 5 but I haven't been able to find how I set it for specific days of the week.

@Withinreason10 - here’s how it works on my Inspire 3. I think CH5 is the same. After setting the alarm, swipe up to turn on ‘repeats’ under that is ‘one time’ ‘everyday’ and then each day of the week. Just keep swiping up and check the days you want.
