I had to get a new phone after being hacked on my old one a few weeks ago .I need help to sync it to my I-phone 11.

To better assist you, may I know if you have access to navigate through your Charge 5 screen and settings?
If you do, as our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Charge 5. To do so, please swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data.
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Once the above has been performed, please proceed to set up your Charge 5 once again.

Thanks for answering my help I looked up my old phone but when they hacked my phone so I could not sign into my account. I took it back to see if Verizon could help me but they couldn’t because they couldn’t get a PIN number either.
