How do i sinc my watch with my phone please

Hi, @Sinji222, log into your Fitbit app if you have not already done so.  On the opening screen on your app, click on the small person icon/ photo top left to take you to the account screen.  On the account screen click on your device (Charge 5) and scroll down to “sync now”. 

 

If you leave the app open in the background it should periodically automatically sync and you won’t need to do anything further.
