How do I track the 4 leaves of sleep on my Charge 5?

I am interested in tracking the 4 levels of sleep and O2 levels  Can I get that with Charge 5?

The Charge 5 does track sleep stages - awake, light, REM, Deep sleep. It also provides O2 readings, but this is only tracked during sleep.

You might want to consider getting the Charge 6 instead of the Charge 5 as that is the newer model in the Charge series.
