How do I turn off AZM, I’ve done it on the Fitbit itself in the settings but it still alerts me about AZM

Hi there, @TjwTerry. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you keep getting AZM notifications on your Charge 5 despite you have already turned them off. I'll be glad to help you with this! 

To better assist you, please make sure you've turned off the notifications by following the steps below:

  1. On your tracker, swipe left or right to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.
  2. Tap to choose an exercise, then swipe up through the exercise settings.
  3. Tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.


On the other hand, heart zone notifications you receive during every day activity can be turned off by swiping down from the clock screen to find the Settings app. Open the Settings app tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.
