How do I turn off notifications on my Charge 5?

I do not want it, Chatge 5,  to vibrate and notify me of texts and phone calls but I can’t get it to stop.

On phone app from Today screen:

Profile pic (top left) > your fitbit model (Charge 5) > Notifications > tap Calls and Text Messages separately to turn each off.

Or DND (do not disturb) in quick settings to turn off all notifications.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
