I'm currently on restricted activity/full disability due to a knee injury.

How do I turn OFF the "Reminder to move" notification on my Charge 5?

It's driving me crazy! LOL

Hello @SunsetRunner

Sorry to see you're dealing with a knee injury. Hope that your recover goes smoothly.

While you're recuperating, you can turn off the Reminder to Move through the Fitbit app.

  • Tap on the device icon in the upper left of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on the Charge 5 tile
  • Under Settings, you should see Reminders to Move. Tap on the words to open the next page.
  • This should open to the page that has your Reminders to Move settings, including Get Reminders. Tap on the words to disable the Reminders and schedule.

You probably will want to disable the Hourly activity tile on the Today page, too.

  • Tap on the pencil icon on the Today page
  • Scroll down to the Activity section and tap on Hourly activity to turn off the tile so it stop showing on your Today page

Take care of yourself as you heal.
