There is no option to turn off PIN in the Device Lock tab. It just says “Enabled for Fitbit Pay only”. 
does anyone know how to turn the PIN off? Thank you

Hi, @spbtky you cannot turn it off for Fitbit Pay.  It may be a banking regulation, but it is definitely to protect you in case you lose your device.

If you use Fitbit Pay you have to use your PIN.  

If you don’t use Fitbit Pay and have it set to “enabled for Fitbit Pay only” you won’t need your PIN for anything else.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
