Trying to turn off the heart monitoring display on my fitbit. Any help greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if I get your request right, but you could always choose a clock face that doesn't indicate your current heart rate.

If you want to disable heart rate tracking in general, you can swipe the display of your Charge 5 until you see Settings. Tap that and swipe to Heart Rate where you can switch HR tracking on and off.

Go to the Activity and Wellness settings in the app. You should be able to turn it off there.
