Can I turn off the vibration on my Charge 5?

Regarding your inquiry, please note that you cannot turn off the vibration motor on your Charge 5, you can change the intensity but not turn it off completely. To better assist you, may I know if there's a reason why you want to turn it off? 

An alternative you have is to enable the sleep mode on your Charge 5. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Thank you for your response.  I just wanted to stop the vibration because I was finding it annoying.  I suppose I shall just have to get used to it.
