How to sink time on my charge 5 to new time zone?

Hello @kmhendricks 

Your Charge 5 should automatically sync to the time on your paired phone/tablet.

You can check the time settings from the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your profile picture/icon (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right
  • Tap on Fitbit settings
  • Tap on App settings
  • On this page, confirm that Automatic time zone & Automatic location are selected.
  • Tap on the arrows in the upper left to get back to the Today page
  • Perform a manual sync from the Today page

If your Charge 5 still doesn't show the correct time, you can go through the same steps, disable Automatic time zone & location. Then, change the time zone to something else, followed by a manual sync. Then go back to reset Automatic time zone & location and do a manual sync. This usually gets the Fitbit back to showing the same time as your paired phone/tablet.
