I just got the charge 5. Had the 3. None of the clockfaces will load.
Also how do you see sleep on watch if you don't want the premium trial?

Yeah. Went on chat and it turned out I had to update fitbit app and reinstall. And now new clock face works. Thats to the 2 diff gentlemen at fitbit who helped me out. I cut off my mistake when switching screens. 🙂

I'm glad this worked for you. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice now (with a phone reset in between each) and I still don't see the option to change the clock face. Where did you find it? Thanks

Hi. I opened fitbit app, clicked on upper left on my profile pic, then clicked on charge 5 and there are a few clockface options that worked. Hope it works for you. If it doesn't try the chat online as they walked me thru issues. Take screenshots of it not working as you go as they will ask for that to help diagnose. They were a great help!. Just took a while but was worth it. The clockface is still working great!
