How do you get help re Charge 5 ?

Hi, I am kind of new here but already I can see that folks post problems and there is no real support answer from the makers... What is the way to get direct help? Has anyone done it ? I am guessing there would be an annoying AI 'dissuade gate' - what is the best way to go through?

So somewhat unsurprisingly - I got nowhere with support.

It aske for my details and then said - 'Chat support is currently not available'

Does anyone have experience with this - is it worth trying ?
