How long does it take to get an email about warranty?

Hi all, I got a Fitbit about a year and a half ago, almost a year later it stopped charging so Fitbit sent me a replacement because it was still under warranty. Well the replacement recently went completely black and no amount of troubleshooting was able to fix it. The representative I spoke to said I would get an email about warranty information because, I assume, the replacement did not have any extended warranty. I never received an email and it's been about 3 weeks, I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to stick with Fitbit or if I'm going to go another route. Has anyone gone through this? If so how long did it take?
