How long to get a response from Fitbit support?

This is a repeating question, bit it seems it is still valid.

I contacted support a few days ago about my fitbit charge 5 screen dying out. We went through all the steps long resets, clock face changes.. nothing had worked. 

I was told warranty would contact Mr by email. How long does that typically take? I have some rather important events coming up and my fibit is vital.

I take it that you've already checked your spam folder and made sure that the email isn't there.

Although it shouldn't be this way, you need to be your own advocate and follow up with Support until you get a response. Make sure to reference your original case # when you contact them. Personally, I found I got better response when I called.

Over a week - no reply. Quite disappointing (nothing in spam folder either 🙂 )

Fitbit used to offer exemplary support. All problems were solved on the spot...It was always my reference benchmark.  Such a pity it is not the case anymore.
