Hi everyone,
Just recently came back to Fitbit and picked up the charge 5.
I noticed it only sometimes tracks my sleep sometimes 1 hour sometimes 30 min.
How tight do I have to have the band for it track my sleep?
When I wear my apple watch it tracks my sleep just fine and I don't even have it that tight.

Hi Steve,
I can tell you that I loosen mine at least one notch when I workout and slide it higher on my wrist, using a wrist sweat band to hold it up there. Sometimes, I forget to tighten it back up and then sleep with it VERY loose and it's still never had a problem tracking my sleep.
