One of the reasons I bought my first fitbit I bought in 2018 has because it had an aerobic workout option. Since then I have upgraded or updated my fitbit but they have not had the aerobic workout option on them. Why not and can it be added as an option?

Hello @ShastaGirl688 and welcome to the Community. "Aerobic workout" is one of the SmartTrack activities, the auto recognized activities. The Exercise app has Workout. I've been using the Exercise app since 2016, when I bought my Charge 2. The activity list in the Charge 5 is identical to the Charge 2, with the exception of the added Outdoor Workout shortcut. I think the difference exists so a user can easily differentiate between an auto recognized activity and a tracked activity in the exercise log.
I hope this helps.

@ShastaGirl688 If your first Fitbit was a Charge 2 or 3, I know for a fact that Aerobic Workout isn't on the shortcut list on the Exercise app. Fitbit added a large number of shortcuts to the Sense 2/Versa 4, including Aerobics. The release note from the Feature Suggestion says that Fitbit plans to put it on future devices. Perhaps it will be on the Charge 6.
