See How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

All the available clock faced will be there in the Clocks tab.

Note there is no "fitbit 5".  I assume you mean the fitbit "Charge 5".  That is considered a "tracker" as opposed to a "smart watch".  As such, I believe it is limited to the Fitbit-designed clock faces, as opposed to allowing customer-designed clock faces on smart watches.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
