How to claim warranty

Hi. I have a hardware issue with my Fitbit Charge 5 (sensors suddenly stopped working for no reason). I tried everything with the device including factory reset, uninstalling and installing apps, and hard resetting it via 3 button presses, and even starting a new Fitbit account with no data, but its sensors (heart rate, EDA, ECG, etc..) are still not working. I don't want to do any software debugging because i  am sure this is some kind of hardware issue. I want to claim warranty. How to do this? I am in India, so in the forums i read that i could ship it back to the original dealer (probably in Shenzhen, China). When i sent email to support, they are not responding. I need instructions on how to do this.
