How to download FitBit app on my Samsung SM-G960U smartphone. I had the app on my phone til Feb but

I need help on downloading the FitBit app on my Samsung Galaxy phone.  I had the app on this device for years until I stopped using FitBit in early February.  I just got a Charge5 yesterday and I've been trying to set it up but my phone can't find the app and neither can I.

Hi @Molly12  the minimum requirement for Android is 10. If you don't have that, you won't be able to find the app in the Google Play Store. There is no workaround for this. Once removed, you can't find the newer version of the app. I'm on Android 9 and will need to get a new phone soon - using a Samsung 8.  click to read about compatible phones
