How to pair Charge5 with my on-line Fitbit account?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge5 is not paired with my on-line Fitbit account.  It IS connected to my FitBit app on my iPhone - it's showing the number of steps each day.  I cannot find ANY instructions to pair my Charge5 with my on-line Fitbit account.

Is a "Premium" membership required?

@KingGN47   When you sync Charge 5 using your phone, all your data is synced to your Fitbit account.  You can see certain data on your web dashboard at fitbit.com.  You can't sync using your computer/laptop.  The reason I wrote "certain data" is there are many current features like Health Metrics, Sleep Score, and all Premium features are only on the mobile app.

You see all available synced data when you view your online account.  In fact, you can see the last time your device synced right next to 'Today" near the top of the screen.

To see your data on-line, from this board, click "Dashboard" at top right.  There is no separate on-line fitbit account.  If you are in fact logged in on computer and cannot see data, you must have 2 different fitbit accounts using 2 different fitbit IDs/emails, or else you are not even logged in on computer.  Assuming you are logged in on-line, log out of your fitbit account on-line, then log back in using your account you use with phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
