How to turn off activity Zone Charge 5

I don’t need/care about activity zones, so turned off all notifications, including on the exercises, yet the charge 5 still notifies me when i hit activity zones, is this a bug? or is it based on the clock-face? how do i deactivate this activity zone tracking?

To know which setting you might have missed, it would help to know more about the notification you are getting.  Is it a vibration, or a message; if a message, exact wording?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

this activity zone notification is the only notification my charge 5 gives me, it vibrates 1-2 times and displays the activity zone symbol with the minutes.
